I am so grateful for all of my supporters, so please reach out if I can be of any help!
DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO CONTACT ABOUT AN ANIMAL IN NEED!!! Call the rescue at 978-594-2652 to listen to the voicemail of current availability or visit mass.gov for the map of other rehabilitators in the state who can help if I cannot.
I cannot accept birds or rabies vector species such as raccoons, skunks, foxes, fishers, coyotes, and bats.
Hello! As a small rescue, I don't often take volunteers. But things can change and there may be a time that volunteers could be needed! Like majority of rehabbers, I do this out of my private residence, so that is why I really don't take volunteers for direct hands-on animal care. But things can always change or I could use a hand at an event table or something! We have been involved with some really cool and fun events!
Whether it's help at the rescue with the animals or organizing or cleaning a cage, helping with events or other activities, or helping us raise funds, building something, we may be able to use your help at some point!
For any in-rescue help with animals, previous experience with animals, especially wildlife species, is a huge plus!
Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
For any non-animal care help such as fundraisers or events, I can accept those under 18 with parental/guardian consent. As a non-profit, I should be able to sign off on school community service hours, but always check with the school first for requirements!
Do you drive and are willing to help transport animals where they need to go? Join the Wildlife Rescue Rides group on Facebook! Rehabilitators rely on our awesome community of transport volunteers to help get animals in need between rehabilitators, animal control, veterinarians, and hospitals. We could sure use your help!
